On 14 September 2023, we unveiled the French ingredients collection: five creations, each built around an ingredient and an origin we can name. Here you will find Isigny PDO salted-butter caramel, Menton PGI lemon and Corsican PGI clementine, alongside French blackcurrant and French strawberry.
In this collection, the ground almonds also come from France, as do the sugar and egg whites that already go into all our shells. Another way into our repertoire: choosing a recipe for an ingredient you love to return to, and for the origin it celebrates.
