Delivery and storage
Our macarons are fresh products. They leave Le Clos Deville, our boutique in Saint-Étienne, in a refrigerated parcel and are handed to you in person the following day.

When to order
For Wednesday delivery, order before 12 noon on Tuesday. For Friday delivery, order before 12 noon on Thursday.
When you order, you choose your own delivery day from the Wednesdays and Fridays of the next six weeks. Bank holidays are automatically excluded: there is no dispatch or delivery on those days.
How we deliver
Your boxes travel by ChronoFresh 18 h, Chronopost’s refrigerated delivery service, all the way from Le Clos Deville to your door. They are handed to you in person the day after dispatch, before 6pm.
We deliver to mainland France and Monaco. ChronoFresh does not serve Corsica, the islands or the French overseas territories: for these destinations, please call us on +33 4 77 57 78 35.
Fresh products: please be present at the delivery address on the day you have chosen. When ordering, give a telephone number on which you can be reached; it is passed on to the courier.
What delivery costs
Delivery costs €14.90 per order, whatever the number of boxes. It is free once your basket contains €75 of gift boxes or more.
You can add a message card to your order free of charge: we write it for you and slip it into the parcel.
Storing your macarons
As soon as it arrives, place your box in the refrigerator and follow the storage instructions and the date shown on the packaging.
