On 9 June 2026, we presented our macarons in the gardens of Westminster Abbey, at the launch of Monarchy and Democracy: A History of Leadership, published by St James’s House for the History of Parliament. We were there alongside other houses and institutions invited to the launch, among them Fortnum & Mason, Sotheby’s, Christie’s and Rolls-Royce.
On our table, creations from Roche-la-Molière met a new audience, far from the Loire where they are made every day. The photographs capture those conversations about flavours and about our work.
“Saint-Étienne and the Loire are lands of craftsmanship.”
