On 20 March 2026, Macaron Day, Franck joined Philippe Risoli and Loïc Ballet on the set of Télématin, on France 2. There he made a macaron recipe live, in front of the camera, against the clock of a morning programme.
Telling the story of the macaron in a few minutes on television is not the same as telling it in the atelier: you have to go straight to the essentials and show the gestures that matter. Our thanks to the programme’s team for their welcome and for this opportunity to share our craft with viewers.
